Ms. Han-Sebti was recruited to join the Board by a fellow member for her experience in grant writing. She has been an instrumental member of the Development Committee and has successfully secured funding for CVS and its educational outreach programs.
Ms. Han-Sebti also writes grants for Cielo Vista Charter School where her son, Ryan, attends.
Ms. Han-Sebti is a graduate of University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and has a Master’s degree in Public Health from Loma Linda University. Musically she has been trained on the piano throughout her childhood.
Theresa, her husband, a local neurologist, and their son live in Rancho Mirage. When not writing grants, she works in her husband’s office, acts as an assistant den leader for her son, Ryan’s Cub Scout Pack 205. While Ryan is learning Korean, she will be teaching a conversational, reduce your accent English class to the adult Koreans. This year she will be teaching a First Communion Class at St. Theresa Catholic Church as well.
